Enclosed is another proposed by-law revision to be discussed and voted upon at the
April 15 meeting.
Mark Talijan asked that I include it with the weekly newsletter to save
time getting it to all captains.
Proposed change to By-Law III Number 4:
Current:
SECTION III
4. A minimum of six (6) players from each team must be present prior to the start of the game. A lineup place not filled by either a adult or minor players shall be designated as "John Doe", and shall be an automatic out. All "John Does" (maximum of three), must be entered at the bottom of the lineup. Failure to field 6 or more players shall result in the postponement of the games. (See rule 5)
Proposed:
